Hi, my name is Opie, and I’m your pseudo–web dev, portal wrangler, and fellow resident from #303. You may also know me from my roll as “the bald guy who walks his cat, Fraggle” as seen playing in our atrium and/or in the breezways. I promise I’m not as weird and akward as I look when we make accidental eye contact on the stairs. (Fraggle is, but we’re working on it).

Anyway, the point is, I’ll be helping moderate and organize posts here as they roll our and beta test our community portal, and eventually help with community events—pool parties, holiday gatherings, that kind of thing. You know, the events where everyone stands around clutching paper plates and wondering if it’s too early to leave. For that, we’ll have a support group in the mailroom, porbably. Who knows. Sky’s the limit!
